Mayor Katchur called the regular Council Meeting of May 26, 2015 to order at 6:00 p.m.

 

 

2.   Approval of Minutes of May 12, 2015 Regular Council Meeting

       Presented by:  Alix Hennig, Chair, Fort Saskatchewan Public Library Board and David Larsen, Library Director

 

 

Ms. Alix Hennig, Chair, Fort Saskatchewan Public Library Board and Mr. David Larsen, Library Director were in attendance to present an update on the Fort Saskatchewan Public Library and its 2015 – 2018 Plan for Service.

 

Mayor Katchur thanked Ms. Hennig and Mr. Larsen for their informative presentation.

 

 

4.2  Urban Beekeeping

       Presented by:  Stephen Legaree, Alberta Urban Garden

 

 

Mr. Stephen Lagaree, Owner, Alberta Urban Garden was in attendance to present information on urban beekeeping.

 

Mayor Katchur thanked Mr. Lagaree for his informative presentation.

"That Council direct the Administration to bring forward an amendment to the Community Standards Bylaw #C16-12 for the inclusion of statutory holidays to Section 1(v)(ii) of the Bylaw."
